Villa Sarita is nestled in the hills near San Agustin, offering sunset and countryside views within its 27.00sq m of manicured gardens. Ideally positioned to ensure great privacy but also with the benefit of close proximity to San Antonio and Sant Josep this is a marvellous family villa, seeing customers return year on year.
The property has been respectfully designed with Ibicenco traditions firmly in mind, but offers modern sleek lines and is a prime example of a superb Blakstad project. The open-plan living space with well-equipped kitchen with SMEG appliances, including a 6 ring gas hob, oven and double fridge freezer offers direct access to the outdoors. The outside spaces with saltwater heated pool, parallel seated sofa’s, sun beds, BBQ terrace and two dining areas with outside Sonos sound system offer tranquil and relaxed living.
The bedrooms are split over three floors; the master bedroom is located on the 1st floor with private terrace and cosy Ibicenco terrace, a small double that can be used for children or additional storage/dressing room and 5 double en-suite bedrooms.
