Charming Med Style villa with sea views
Villa Can Jacq is a modern luxury 6 bedroom villa with a sophisticated fusion of urban and Mediterranean interior design. The property is located on a hill between Es Cubells and Porroig and offers amazing, undisturbed sea views and tranquility, only a five minute drive from San José and Es Cubells.
The massive main house opens up with an open plan living and dining area with integrated kitchen, fully equipped with top end products of restaurant quality. The sliding doors of the living area open completely, leading to the main terrace, where you have different seating areas and a dining table for up to 12 guests.
In the lower part of the house, there are four en suite guest rooms, each with double bed and individually designed bathroom. The master bedroom has an additional living area. All bedrooms have access to one another, a big terrace, from where you walk down a few steps through the wonderfully landscaped, mature palm tree gardens to access the pool area with a 20m x 6m pool, an outdoor kitchen and an outdoor living area. Two further double bedrooms with en suite are located, one the ground floor of the main house and one bedside the pool both with private entrance and own cosy living areas.
