Villa Xarcu is located in the south west side of the island on a hill in front of cala Jondal and Porroig close to the sea. The property consists of a main house, an independent apartment and a guest house. The main villa there are 5 double rooms (2 en suite bedrooms with large terrace and TV). 3 bedrooms have a fantastic sea view. Each room has a bathroom with shower and toilet. One is with a tub.
On the ground floor there are an entrance, with guest toilet, a large living room with comfortable leather sofas, "trendy" contemporary furniture in oak, large TV, a dining room and an open kitchen fully equipped. On the walls are displayed large artistic photos of the sea. There is also a TV room with wifi and a fantastic sea view. The separate apartment consists of one dining room with sofa, TV and a open kitchen fully equipped. I double bed room with a bath room with shower and toilet. There is a large terrace in front of the apartment equipped with exterior sofa and armchairs. Fully Equipped Gym.
The second guest houses consists of 2 double rooms with a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a large laundry with a washing machine and a drying machine. All the rooms of the property are equipped with the air conditioned.
On the large terrace in front of the house there are a swimming pool ( 10 X 4 m) a large exterior kitchen fully equipped with the best material and a professional grill. There is a large table here where 10/12 people can enjoy a lunch or dinner.
At the bottom of the terrace is a Bali bed in tech with cushions.The plot of the land is 5000 sqm2 the main house is 400SQM2 the appartment 45 and the guest house 30 sqm. The property has been just renovated and the decoration has been made by a French well known decorator.
