Villa Kim, set just a few steps above the beach with a view cross the bay. Located close to the Ftelia beach, one of the longest sandy beaches on the island and popular for windsurfing and surfing.
Cycladic architecture is apparent within the villa, with cimentogonia used in the flooring and bathrooms and the dominance of white surfaces. The martime theme has been combined with tasteful décor. Five bedrooms are split between two levels, with the upper level also having a living room and kitchen, both with direct access to the terrace. The other 2 bedrooms are split between main and lower floor of independent guest bedrooms.
The outdoor space has been developed on two interconnected levels, with a terrace that stretches out to the front of the property with the infinity pool placed in front of the terrace. The living areas are shaded by an ample pergola on the upper level of the terrace; cast iron furnishing and a lovely wooden dining table allow for relaxation at any time of the day.
