The luxurious private island Isla Sa Ferradura is situated in the heart of a beautiful conservation area at the northern coast of Ibiza.
The 35,000 square metre private island is one of the most exclusive hideaways in the world and connected to the main island by only a small beach.
The 10-bedroom villa including the spacious Master Suite sleeps up to 20 people. Alternatives to accommodate additional guests are available .
The living areas and fully-equipped professional kitchen exude cool Mediterranean chic and open out to terraces thanks to floor to ceiling windows.
A further highlight is the 750 square metre rooftop terrace making it perfect for exclusive events. Two large pools, a modern fitness studio, yoga and massage rooms, a boat house and the wellness and spa house offer a great choice of relaxation and recreational possibilities.

- Room 5 and 6 - Open sea and Bay of Benirhas views- Rooms 5 and 6 are divided by a movable lightweight wall which is not fully soundproof. If required, Rooms 5 and 6 can be interconnected by sliding segments of this wall.
- Room 7, 8 and 9 - Open Sea views- Rooms are only accessible from outside, but not from inside the house.
- Dojo - Tropical gardens - The Dojo can be converted into a 10th bedroom. Located in the tropical gardens, about 1 minute walking from the main villa
