Can Fraser is a large old finca in Ibiza, lovingly renovated to a luxury standard, located to some of the best beaches on the island, Cala Gracio and Gracionetta are 5 minutes away.
The house is U-shaped house, which means that the bedrooms are well separated from each other, providing a sense of privacy and space.There are 6 double bedrooms (4 en suites), 5 bathrooms, sleeping 12. It has a total internal space of 500 square metres. A fantastic space for dining or entertaining for large groups.
Away from the house, is the original farm with 2 horses, a pet pig, a flock of chickens & geese, a family of wild ducks, a flock of sheep and several border collies. We do sheep dog training and agility training. Ponies are available for children to ride upon request.
Property Layout
There are 2 indoor living rooms, 4 outdoor seating areas, 2 of which are also dining areas.
The Tower
Master suite with en suite office, outside terrace, bedroom and luxury bathroom. This is the top floor of the tower, with a commanding view over the whole property and the bay of San Antonio.
The Studio
Second master suite with en suite living room, terrace, master bedroom and en suite bathroom.
Conihera
Named after Conihera Island just off shore from San Antonio.
Double room with an en suite.
The Bay
A bedroom with bathroom en suite, at the bottom of the Tower. This also used to be a stable.
Las Tias
This is actually the oldest part of the house, from which all the other parts were eventually added. More recently it was a room for the female members of the family.
A double room, which shares the bathroom with one other bedroom.
Las Tias and the Middle Room share a bathroom.
The Middle Room
A double bedroom with a great view. Las Tias and the Middle Room share a bathroom.
Entertaining Areas
There are 2 large outdoor entertaining areas, which both seat 15-20.
The Pool
14m x 6m pool, with extensive terracing and outdoor dining space.
