Villa Caló d’en Real is an exceptional 9-bedroom retreat on Ibiza’s west coast, defined by panoramic sea views and spectacular sunsets that form the backdrop to almost every part of the property. Designed by Belgian architect André Jacqmain, the villa combines refined contemporary architecture with extensive outdoor living, creating an elegant yet relaxed setting for enjoying Ibiza’s golden coast.
At the heart of the estate is a 22-metre heated saltwater pool surrounded by Balinese beds, alongside a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, BBQ and al fresco dining areas. A standout rooftop terrace offers a bar, barbecue, dining for up to 22 guests and sunset views towards Es Vedrà, while the gardens feature an open-air gym, organic garden, treehouse lookout and summer cinema beneath the stars.
The villa is arranged across the main house and independent guest suites, including four newly built lower suites with private terraces and direct garden access. It accommodates up to 18 guests across nine bedrooms, while two additional rooms have been transformed into a fully soundproofed speakeasy-style private club with infinity mirrors and two bathrooms. These rooms can be returned to bedroom use if required, increasing the villa to 11 bedrooms and accommodating up to 22 guests.

22m heated saltwater pool with Balinese beds, outdoor kitchen, BBQ and al fresco dining area.
Lower Garden:
Open-air gym, organic garden, treehouse lookout and summer cinema with lounge seating.
Rooftop Terrace:
Balinese daybed, bar counter, fully equipped BBQ and dining for up to 22 guests, with panoramic sunset views towards Es Vedrà.
Four suites are positioned close to the main entrance.
Suites 2 & 3: Two independent rooms that can either interconnect or remain completely separate, each with its own private garden.
Suites 4 & 5: Two larger standalone suites with private entrance terraces and shaded outdoor seating areas.
Suites 6-9: Four newly built independent suites positioned beneath the pool terrace. Each has an en-suite bathroom, private sunlit terrace with loungers and direct access to the garden and summer cinema area.
