4) Seasonal food produce
Nothing beats dining al fresco while bathed in warming winter sun. And low season is a good time to sample the more rustic, local fare. You can pick up a good-value menu del dia for around 10 Euros (£7). Sea bass, mussels and oysters flourish in the winter months. The Tanit Beach Club opens Thursday to Sunday for brunches while the Atzaro beach restaurant offers lunch Tuesdays to Sundays in low season. The Cala Martina restaurant, further north from Santa Eulalia, is a local favourite for eating traditional cuisine, such as pork rice and fish stew, with your feet in the sand.
