ISLEÑA, the beer of IBIZA – Present at almost every bar, restaurant, club and supermarket of the island, this “Kölschner” type ale beer has become rapidly one of the symbols of Ibiza. Its bright white aluminium bottle, with a visual design that catches perfectly the spirit of Ibiza, can be seen in the hands of lots of residents and visitors when the heat strikes. With a mild and fresh taste that brings critics and herbal notes to our mouths, Isleña adds style and fun to our selection of best Ibiza shots.
IBZ and SVEDRA – The Marí Mayans distillery, surely the most recognized brewer of “hierbas ibicencas” worldwide, presented recently their latest addition to their family: Svedra vodka and IBZ premium gin. Produced with pure grain alcohol, IBZ contains a 100% of local ingredients, adding to the juniper berry distillate touches of ibiza´s orange, lemon, thyme and rosemary. For Svedra, the Marí Mayans brothers add to the finest Stonian vodka a subtle touch of local fennel giving to the resulting spirit its definitive Ibiza’s personality.

IBIZKUS – Ibiza wines were hardly synonymous with quality until the arrival of Ibizkus. Ibizkus Rosado is one of the best sellers in the island. It is a gastronomic rosé wine, full bodied enough to match perfectly with the Ibiza specialities like Bullit de Peix or Paellas, but also well balanced and light enough to refresh and enjoy when you’re lying on the beach. The design of its serigraphy bottle, perfect to be kept on an ice bucket, promotes its reuse and it is easy to be seen containing things such as flowers or olive oil. The producer is even launching an ecofriendly campaign to refill their used bottles.
ORANGES of IBIZA – Nothing beats the taste of freshly squeezed Ibiza´s oranges. They might not be the nicest looking but they sure are the best we’ve ever tried, and a fundamental part of the island landscape all year round. We buy our favorite directly at the farmer in “S´Hort d´en Josepet”, located on the road from Sant Carles to Sant Joan. In their small shop you can even get their juice on the spot, made in front of you, if you don´t feel like taking home one of their freshly packed 12kg bags as many locals do.
What are you thoughts? Would you agree with our choice above or would you select others?
