Charter Fee

• The cost of the charter must be paid in full before or when boarding. To confirm a reservation, 50% of the total charter is requested. We do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS. Maximum 950€ in cash. A deposit of 500€ could be required at the embarkation as security deposit against possible damages.

Charter Time

• From 10am to 8– 9pm (depending on sunset time).

Overnight stays

• The vessel must remain at the base port in the night, unless otherwise agreed. In the event of an overnight stay at anchor, an additional captain’s fee shall apply, which will be communicated in each case.

Charter Duration

• 8h since departure time confirmed. In case of clients in Formentera, the day charter will be of 7h because of 1h of roundtrip. Overtime to be confirmed with Captain and with extra cost.

Charter Embark and Disembark

• Base port, unless otherwise agreed. In case of embarking and disembarking in Formentera, there is an extra cost of 100€.

Charter Information Required

• Before the boarding time, the following documentation and information it’s required:

  1. Client passport picture/PDF or ID + Complete postal address

  2. Number of people. In case of children, their ages (for life vests)

  3. Departure and return time. Please consider that duration of the charter will be calculated considering the requested departure time

  4. Lunch plan. Picnic on board or Restaurant booking (time and name of the booking)

Fuel cost

• The cost of gasoline is not included in the cost of the charter. It depends on the route of each charter. In case of clients in Formentera, the fuel of roundtrip will be assumed by the client and a deposit will be requested upfront. At the end of the charter day, it will be counted according to the litters consumed and the price of gasoline for the day at the Marina Ibiza gas station. The cost of gasoline could be paid in cash or credit card + 1% for bank costs (we do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS).

Captain

• The cost of the captain is included in the charter price. Tips or overtime must be paid in cash directly to the captain. The captain oversees the boat and advises the client on the route and day charter. The captain is not a babysitter or a waiter. If you require this service, you have to hire a stewardess service (200€/day). Captain is neither a charter commercial, for this you have to speak with the manager of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely case that the CHARTERER must cancel the chartered boat, the following refunds of the charter price will be paid by the OPERATOR:

• Full Refunds: All day charters cancelled at least 16 days prior to cancelled day charter

• 50%Refund: All day charters cancelled at least between 11 and 15 days prior to cancelled day charter

• 25%Refund: All day charters cancelled at least between 6 and 10 days prior to cancelled day charter

• NoRefund: All day charters cancelled with less than 5 days prior to cancelled day charter

In case that the meteorological conditions do not allow the charter to take place on the reserved date, as a first option, the CHARTERER and the OPERATOR will reschedule the charter day to another date that is feasible for the client and on which the ship is available. The only person who decides whether or not you can go out is the captain of the boat. In case it is not possible, the OPERATOR will refund the charter cost of such day. This will be applied by winds gusts of 25 knots and above and / or rain at the time of departure.
