Payment Method

• 50% deposit required to confirm booking. Full balance due before or upon boarding.

• Preferred: Full charter payment + fuel deposit by bank transfer to avoid processing fees.

• Accepted methods:

  • Bank transfer

  • Credit/Debit card (1% processing fee for onboard payments)

  • Payment link (+2% processing fee)

  • Cash up to €950 maximum

• American Express is not accepted.

• In accordance with Spanish Anti-Money Laundering Law 11/2021, cash payments may not exceed €1,000.

• A €500 refundable security deposit could be required at embarkation.

Charter Schedule

9:30 AM – 9:00 PM (depending on sunset).

Charter Duration

• 8 hours from confirmed departure time.

• Formentera charters: 7 hours (1-hour round trip).

• Departure time is confirmed 24 hours prior.

• Charter time starts at the agreed departure time and will not be extended in case of client delay.

• Guests are advised to arrive in advance.

• Overtime must be approved by the Captain and paid directly in cash to the Captain.

Embarkation & Disembarkation

• Base port unless otherwise agreed.

• Formentera embarkation/disembarkation: +€100.

Overnight

• If the vessel allows overnight stay, it must remain at its base port berth.

• Overnight at anchor implies an additional captain’s fee, assesed case by case.

Fuel

• Fuel is not included and depends on route and daily conditions.

• Final consumption is calculated at the end of the charter according to liters consumed and the average price per liter at Marina Ibiza fuel station.

• Formentera stays require a fuel deposit in advance.

Captain

• Captain fee is included in the charter price.

• Tips and overtime are not included and must be paid in cash.

• The Captain is the highest authority on board and responsible for safety and navigation. In case of unsafe behavior or misconduct, the Captain may return to port without compensation.

• The Captain is not a waiter or babysitter. Stewardess service available upon request.

Required 24h Before Charter

• Copy/photo of passport or ID (one main charterer) + residential address.

• Total number of guests (adults & children).

• Confirmed departure & return time.

• Lunch plan (own food onboard or restaurant reservation details).

No-Show Policy

The vessel will remain available until 2:00 PM. After 2:00 PM the reservation will be considered a no-show with no refund unless a later departure time has been agreedin advance.

Cancellation Policy

• 16+ days prior: 100% refund

• 11–15 days: 50% refund

• 6–10 days: 25% refund

• 5 days or less: No refund

Weather Policy

• The Captain has the final decision.

• If wind gusts ≥25 knots and/or rain at departure time, case. charter will be rescheduled.

• If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund applies.
