Villa Nautico is located in a lovely 4 bedroom villa with panoramic views in a prime location overlooking Agios Ioannis Bay.

The wind-sheltered property is surrounded by a colourful cacti garden with gorgeous sea views. The outdoor area is spacious and offers plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxation around the bean-shaped salt water swimming pool. Under the shaded pergola is a dining table and a wood fire BBQ both further enhance the perfect setting for lunches and sea breeze evening gatherings.

The main entrance opens to a spacious living room and formal dining area with direct access to a separate fully equipped kitchen and veranda with beautiful sea views. The interior is elegantly furnished and oozes charm and comfort.

The property is ideal for families or friends, enjoying gorgeous views and easy access to the sea and lively Agios Ioannis Beach tavernas.
