Villa Rura is a unique modern villa nestled in the countryside in the centre of the island, just a 4 minute drive from Santa Gertrudis village. It was originally built in 2004 by a leading Spanish architect and is frequently featured in architecture and design magazines. The villa has been completely renovated by a British interior designer in 2012 with state of the art amenities.
The double height living room glass doors open onto a spacious terrace overlooking a 20 metre swimming pool. The estate benefits from a large fruit garden and several terraces around the house, one of which is private to a guest bedroom with a sunken bath tub.
The main house includes a 100 sqm² master suite with a spacious bathroom, office and a walk in wardrobe on the first floor, and two guest bedrooms with walk in showers on the ground floor.
In addition to the main house, there are two separate guest houses which benefit from the privacy of a garden area.
The long infinity swimming pool, perfect for the fitness enthusiast, has a decked terrace with double sunbeds ideal for stretching out and relaxing. Situated at the centre of the Island the villa is close to all the wonders that Ibiza has to offer.
