This stylish new villa is set in its own private grounds in a peaceful neighbourhood in the Sant Jose area. It is within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants, but its tranquil location means it retains a more secluded feel. Cala Pinet, S'Estanyol and Cala Bou are within 1.5km.

With modern finishes, it comfortably sleeps 8 people in 4 double bedrooms. Outside is a large swimming pool in a grassy garden with sun loungers, BBQ, and dining area. Perfect for chilling out in the Ibiza sun.

In the light, airy living space is Sky TV, comfortable sofas and a large dining table. The kitchen is well-equipped with oven/grill/hob appliances, a large fridge and freezer and has long windows looking out into the green garden.
