Villa Bella, stunning 5 bedroom modern villa with sea views in Vista Alegre on the south west side of the Island.

The villa is a spectacular, newly constructed, on the south coast of Ibiza. Designed by sought after Balearic architect Blanca Castiella and built with high grade, locally sourced materials. The house sits on a corner plot of 1920m² within the exclusive, gated development of Vista Alegre. There are panoramic views of the sea and Formentera and is only 25 minutes from Ibiza Airport and all of the island’s hottest nightspots.

Each bedroom has it’s own en suite bathroom and terrace. The villa is equipped throughout with all of the latest technology. There is an extra staff bedroom for nanny or extra guests on request.

A large 110m2 basement is also ready to be turned into a venue of your choice - whether it be a bespoke sound proofed bar, music studio, children games rooms and gym or simply more guest bedrooms.
