This superb, newly built villa is located on a hilltop on the south west side of Ibiza, with some of the best sunsets on offer and complete privacy assured, nestled as it is in picturesque scenery. There are 6 bedrooms set over several floors and the owner has ingeniously connected a new, 3-bedroom villa to the original 'finca', with 3 bedrooms and each having its own pool. Several shaded spots and terraces frame the views over the pines towards the sea, and this villa with children's play area, close to St Augustin make for an ideal base from which to enjoy the best of Ibiza and all the beaches and beach restaurants littered across the west coast of the island.

The pool is 16 x 4 m2 and can be heated.

There is a “sunset” lounge, which is covered and has a daybed and sofa area.
