Casa Olivo, a stunning modernised 7 bedroom finca with sea and sunset views, located in the rolling hills, less than 5 minutes south of San Rafael in the centre of the island. The house is 20 minutes from Ibiza Town, 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes away from all the beaches in the South and West part of the island. An ideal location on where to enjoy the best of the whole Island. This villa is a kid friendly paradise.
The house has seven bedrooms (all with air conditioning), six of which are double rooms, with five rooms having their own private terrace. With a fully walled/gated pool area, baby seats and an outdoor play area the house is extremely child friendly. All windows in the house have black out wooden shutters.
The villa has fast speed internet, ready drinking water from the tap and electric gate and plenty of parking for 4 cars. The tree house is brand new and a great attraction for the kids.
