Casa Nilaya is a beautiful villa located in the exclusive area of Cala Jondal and Es Cubells – close to the famous beach Cala Jondal and the Blue Marlin Beach Club. Designed around an ecological theme, this unique villa seamlessly blends into its natural environment. Surrounded by 800,000 square metres of protected natural forest it boasts amazing views to the sea, spectacular sunsets over the mountains and is set in the middle of a natural reserve so you don’t see any close neighbours or buildings from the house.

The perfect place for yoga, treatments, watsu, healthy eating, walking, mountain biking and relaxing!

By night, the lighting design transforms the villa making it one of Ibiza’s most attractive and ambient villas. New to Casa Nilaya this year, is a 16m² hotpool.  The pool can heat saltwater up to 40º, then you can sit and listen to underwater music.  There is also an 18 metre mirrored lap pool with white slate on the outside and green mosaic inside. It is lit up by a spectacular light system which provides a special ambience as the sun sets. The pool is heated, by solar energy, for late season swimming.
