Casa Maria, a peaceful and private luxury hilltop villa is situated above Es Cubells and Cala d'Hort beach, one of the most exclusive areas of Ibiza. It offers breathtaking 300 degree views across Salinas, Formentera, Es Vedra, the Conejeras Islands and to the Spanish mainland.
The 34,000m² of grounds, and the 700m² of living space (split between the main villa and the two annexes) offer lots of privacy. Only two other neighbours are situated on this exclusive section of hill, and this popular area is home to celebrities like Linda Evangelista and Peter Lindbergh.
The main villa, as well as the various satellite buildings are designed according to the classical architecture of the island - with respect to the integrity of the landscape, history, and surroundings. It encompasses all that is ecological and modern, in terms of decor, efficiency and comfort.
Casa Maria welcomes you into a discreet and comfortable luxury, with refreshing summer breezes and fresh air. The villa has 6 bedrooms, seven bathrooms, an indoor and outdoor living room, a kitchen - small but very well equipped - with an indoor and outdoor dining area. The outdoor courtyard, outdoor relaxation room, and beautiful indoor bar provide the perfect escape spots.
Enjoy the day by the infinity pool, or go to Cala d'Hort - the beach is only eight minutes away! Have a barbeque, eat at the closest bars to the beach or in the restaurants of San Jose. Drive to Ibiza Town which is 30 minutes away and treat yourself to a restaurant or a spot of shopping.
