Can Nueva is a modern 8 bedroom hill top villa, located in the Santa Agnes area with fantastic coastal views, sunsets and no neighbours. The area is peaceful with private gated access and 120,000m² of private landscaped grounds.

There are various patios and terraces which overlook the sea, ideal for relaxing. The house has 700m² of fantastic living areas with a triple high ceiling, fully equipped kitchen, a professional kitchen for events, indoor and our door dining area and several chill out areas.

The 8 bedrooms are spread across three floors. Five spacious double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. There is also a double bedrooms studio with adjoining kids bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom encompasses the first floor, including a studio, bathroom, dressing area and private terrace.

The house also has a large pool area measuring 25sqm, with outside kitchen and bathroom facilities. The owner has installed a new gym area. Two live in staff provide a full service with breakfast and daily cleaning.
