Villa Roca is very spacious and tastefully furnished in an ultra modern-minimalist style with most of the furniture having been designed especially for the Villa. Nestled amongst its own mature pine forest, Villa Roca is completely exclusive in the most desired location on the island, 6km from exuberant Ibiza town and the best golden beaches on the island.
Villa Roca boasts spectacular views which can be enjoyed from the luxury bedrooms, fabulous rooftop dining area to the stunning poolside area.
All suites enjoy fantastic views and terraces, en suite bathrooms, DVD, sound system, flat screen digital and satellite tv.
Villa Roca also has an enormous pool (32m/105 ft) with waterfalls, a hidden cave, floating cabana and sub-aquatic pool windows. A plunge pool, rooftop mini pool for 12 with hydromassage and a fountain.

There are eight double bedrooms – five in the main house and three under the pool terrace – all with en suite bathrooms and dressing rooms. Five rooms come with a private terrace.
