“The last Mediterranean paradise” is an expression used often to describe Formentera Island in the Balearics and it is what pushed the Italian owner of this beautiful, luxury villa, to focus her search for her new holiday bolthole, in this pristine island with famous beaches.
The owner was responsible for furnishing this villa with an aura of coolness, enhanced by the simplicity of pure linen fabrics and luxurious understated details, craved by the cosmopolitan bohos and bobos alike. Inside you find modern, practical, polished concrete flooring, wood, corten and whitewashed walls; natural materials and finishes that enhance the feeling of freshness and fulfil the owners’ wish to maintain the characteristic flavour of Formentera. The intentional sensation of bareness and calm is combined with personal touches and with state-of-the-art technology to ensure that everyone can find its own haven.
Completed in 2012, this property can accommodate up to 12 people in 6 en suite bedrooms; an additional independent single bedroom is devoted to staff accommodation.
