Located in the tranquil north of the island, close to the beach at Benirras, this recently renovated, contemporary villa is blessed with 180º sea views of the sea, with beautiful sunsets from May to September. With no neighbours, privacy is assured and being a 30-minute walk downhill to the beach (5 minutes back in a taxi), and within a 5 minutes' drive to San Miguel and only 15 minutes to Santa Gertrudis makes this an idyllic spot, within easy reach of popular spots on the island.
All living spaces and bedrooms have been designed to frame and maximise the stunning vistas, with light filled, airy living spaces and a large pool terrace the focal point for days spent at the villa. With woodlands to the rear the scenery is bucolic, contrasting beautifully with the modern interiors and the villa sits on a sizeable plot of 4,000m2. On the entry level guests are offered an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space with a very well-equipped, modern kitchen with excellent facilities including an osmosis system for enjoying drinkable, flat or fizzy water. Two en-suite bedrooms make up the accommodation on the ground level.
Heading downstairs is a small gym area and a cinema space for enjoying the latest movies, and a chance for some respite from the sun. Three bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms between them, each offering sea views, are also offered on this level.
