A recently built modern luxury villa located just outside the lovely village of San Lorenzo in the heart of Ibiza island next to one of our all time favourite restaurants and cafe - La Paloma. The villa offers six bedrooms and seven bathrooms set over two buildings, two living areas and very spacious outdoor seating and lounging areas to enjoy the lazy Ibiza summers. With a tranquil setting amidst fruit and olive trees on 20.000m² grounds. The villa is fully gated and is ideal for families and a group of friends. The villa is set over 400m², was completely renovated last summer and has a pool measuring 10 x 6 metres with a salt water system.
The style of the house is modern with a mix of French and Mediterranean style. The owners have created a simple yet comfortable and modern feel spread over two floors. The open plan space around the house and pool make it one of those villas you can enjoy as a group while still easy to find that quiet and shady corner to read and relax.
There are two safes at the villa, as well as an alarm system plus the gym and office area.
