Villa Coll was designed by renowned architect Ralph Blakstadt who has built some of the island's most prestigious addresses. The architecture is influenced by the Moorish style of Ibiza, with its white cube shaped houses.

This 6-bedroom property is set in the protected natural reserve of Cala d’Hort in Cala Carbo, 300 metres above sea-level, offering breathtaking 180 degree views of the sea and the magical rock Es Vedra. The villa has one extra staff bedroom. The style is modern classical, heavily influenced by Ibiza’s Moorish past with its white, cube shaped houses. Indeed, this villa has 50cm thick walls that taper slightly towards the top – but in contrast to the original old fincas, this house has enormous glass windows and sliding doors that lead onto all the roofed and open terraces featuring lounge sofas and sun loungers.

Oversize sofas and a 5-metre-long dining table set the tone inside. The living space is vast with a hip, eclectic and authentic vibe. As the owners divide their time between Ibiza, Marrakech and Bali, they’ve pulled together stylish influences from these countries and Italian design features throughout. Some bathrooms have spa-like elements like freestanding bath tubs and washbasins made of solid river stone. Near the huge pool is another roofed and an extra kitchen area.

The views are spectacular from almost every room and terrace in Villa Coll, arguably some of the very best in Ibiza.
