This villa is located between Santa Gertrudis and San Lorenzo and is ideally situated for many excellent restaurants and shops in and around Santa Gertrudis, just a few minutes drive away, such as Bambudda Grove, Macao and Ocho.

Villa Caliu offers peace and serenity with impressive style, and has a beautiful combination of antique charm and modern high tech. This property has character in abundance.

There are five bedrooms (all with en-suite bathrooms, including one twin). The villa boasts two lounge areas; one modern and equipped with a large wall mounted plasma & satellite TV, and the other is a traditional style area with ‘finca’ fireplace and chimney. There is a dining area, a modern kitchen and laundry room. There is a beautiful mature garden featuring a large swimming pool, and a terrace area with a Bali style chill out pavilion.

Caliu benefits from full air-conditioning, underfloor heating, surround sound inside and poolside, and an office area with wireless internet access and a printer. The villa has the benefit of maid service for two hours each morning.
