Villa Sant Joan, modern 6 bedroom villa located close to the popular villa of San Juan in the north of the island. The villa is set on a 17.700m2 plot and is ideal for families, benefiting from a child play area and tree house.
The villa offers a modern but practical living space with large sliding glass doors flowing onto the vast outside living area. The outside space offers numerous chill out and dining areas, Jacuzzi, outdoor seating, BBQ area, shower room, induction hob, sink, mini fridge, table for 12 people, very large comfort area. The villa benefits from under covered parking, air conditioning and comfortable living.
