The local owners have recently refurbished the villa in taste full and traditional way making it an excellent choice for a beach family holiday.
The walk to the beach with shops and restaurants takes less than 5 minutes making it an ideal holiday without a car. Cala Vedella is one of the best family beaches with sand and quiet easy evenings.
Property Layout
Villa Punta has a stylish living room with a fireplace and patio doors to the terrace.
The adjacent dining room also has terrace access and is open-plan to a very modern and well equipped, fitted kitchen. Air conditioning in the main living room.
The villa has four attractive and comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor with private balconies and superb sea views. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. (All four have air conditioning and WiFi).
On the ground floor there is a twin bedded room with a private balcony and a separate shower room.

The lovely, covered terrace outside the living room has a comfortably furnished seating area, a terrace dining table and a brick barbecue, making it an idyllic venue for alfresco entertaining and relaxing.
The 8m x 4m swimming pool enjoys an elevated position and has roman steps and an outdoor shower on the extensive, furnished, stone terrace. It is the perfect place to look down on the blue waters of the gently curving bay of Cala Vadella.
