This modern and elegant villa is located in the exclusive urbanisation of Can Rimbau/Jesus. A 5 minute drive away from Ibiza town and the harbour of Marina Botafoc.

It offers sweeping 270° views of the sea, Ibiza town, the countryside and Formentera. The property has 24 hour security with CCTV and is only accessible to owners and their guests by a central entrance.

The villa has a modern glass front facing onto the sea, offering magnificent views. Inside the room are spacious and furnished to a high standard. The living room is large and elegant, with a beautiful open fireplace There is a dining room and a stylish, separate area for pool and billiards. There is also a poker table. The area of the villa is 700m².

The beautiful garden is planted with Mediterranean plants and the lawn provides space and privacy around the house. The total plot is 6,800m². There are numerous outdoor spaces.

Master Suite located in the west wing separate from the other bedrooms- King size with En-suite and access to large balcony overlooking the villa's driveway and Ibiza mountain. The en suite bathroom includes a large spa that features a sophisticated bubble system with hidden jets for extra comfort. There is a separate toilet with a self-closing door and a spacious walk-in wardrobe.
