This wonderful luxury holiday 4 bedrooms (all ensuite) villa is located near Cala Vadella beach in an upscale and peaceful residential area. From the villa you have a small path leading to the sea. A local supermarket is at about 900 m up the road, and the nearest sandy beaches are just a short drive away. The very modern and harmonically designed house offers a comfortable, exotic and luxurious ambiance with the fantastic sea views prevailing at all times. Communal areas are separate from the bedrooms: The main house distributes into a large open plan living and dining room with adjacent, very professionally equipped kitchen. All furniture and equipment have been chosen from the top end. Unique decoration and design pieces turn this villa into an exquisite home. Across the large patio with shaded seating and dining areas you find the bedroom section with four double suites, each of them has been inspired by a different theme.
All rooms have spacious walk-in showers and separate WCs/bidets. Additionally the villa offers a massage room, where you can relax and receive treatments after a day on the beach. The top of the house has been turned into another, covered lounge area, from where you can enjoy fabulous sunset views.
