Located within 5 minutes of the beach, Cala Conte, this 5-bedroom family home includes a large garden and swimming pool with sea views. Inside, there is a luxury kitchen and open plan living area. Three bedrooms on the ground floor have ensuite bathrooms and garden access and have king size beds or double/full-size beds. A further ground floor children’s bedroom has 2 twin beds plus trundles; a basement bedroom has a twin bed with trundle and bathroom and is ideal for a teen or nanny. There is also a fully equipped utility room. A spa and gym are available for guests. Bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space; the garden includes a Weber barbecue.

Admire sunset views from the south west garden and local beach. Everything is beautifully done here and all technology is top of the range, including Sky TV and sonos, Sub Zero kitchen equipment and a Nespresso machine.
