A brand new villa built in 2011 with the ideal location next to Ibiza Town and the west side beaches. The villa sits on a large section of land and has magnificent views over the old town and the sea in the distance. In a traditional style on the outside but with modern interiors. Lovely outdoor pool area with comfortable rattan furniture.

The villa has an outdoor shower and barbeque area. Ideal for families or groups. Sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms with air con and wifi throughout.

Property Layout

On the ground floor the house has a spacious lounge with TV and stereo unit and exit to the garden and pool, a full kitchen with dining area and exit to the garden.

Two twin bedrooms in the rear which share shower bathroom and a third double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. Also with the outside direct exit to the terrace.

Upstairs the house has a master double bedroom, en suite bathroom, shower and a terrace with views.

In the basement the house has a fifth room, with double bed, living room with television and games for children + 1 shower bathroom.
