Can Calo is situated in a natural area and is protected under the Balearic Island laws. The villa is surrounded by lush vegetation made up of pines and sabinas, which are characteristic of the forest of the island.

Located on the western side of the island, the villa sits 700m back from the coast, is five minutes away from Cala Bassa beach and just 8 minutes from the beaches of Cala Conta – one of the best locations on the island to see the sunset.

With no neighbours, no houses around and no streets or roads obvious from the house you can relax in peaceful luxury. Just 2km away there are various shops, a supermarket, news agents, bars, restaurants and coffee shops.
