Ibiza in August

While Ibiza is a good idea all year round, many prefer to visit in the height of summer. If you’re heading to the white isle in August, we’ve rounded up some of the highlights that should be on your radar.

Weather In Ibiza In August

Although the white isle is sunny almost all year round, August is the hottest month. With temperatures averaging 30 degrees, 10 hours of sun and 14 hours of daylight, Ibiza is at the height of summer in August. Throughout the summer months, the season is at its peak, meaning you certainly won’t be short of things to do when you visit Ibiza in August.

The best of Ibiza in August

When it comes to luxury experiences, customisable itineraries and crafting a trip of a lifetime, a trip to Ibiza makes for an excellent choice. While August in Ibiza is renowned for being the busiest month of the season, Dynamic Lives offer our clients access all areas to the island’s finest dining, drinking and experiences, no matter the kind of trip you have in mind.

Beaches

As the hottest month of the year, sea breeze and soft white sand sound pretty good. For the days you’re ready to venture away from your luxury villa and explore the beaches, we’ve rounded up three of the quieter beaches so you can experience the best of the island while escaping the peak season crowds.

Cala San Vicente

Like many of the island’s beaches, Cala San Vicente is home to a curve of golden sand, clear waters and a lively promenade. Despite boasting several quality bars and restaurants, beautiful views and a rugged clifftop lookout, you’ll usually find a spot even on the busiest days.

Cala Tarida

Nestled in a sheltered bay of the little resort that is Cala Tarida, you’ll find a tranquil beach ideal for family days out. Thanks to its turquoise waters, hidden coves and water sports, you could easily spend your days here.

Es Portitxol

If you’re in search of peace and quiet, make your way to Es Portitxol. The small yet stunning beach is surrounded by hills and pinewoods, offering a real escape from the hustle and bustle of Ibiza in August. It’s one of our favourite spots for an early morning hike.

Beach clubs

With the island's most in-demand beach clubs bursting at the seams in August, there’s no better time to check out some of the slower-paced yet equally impressive beach clubs of the white isle.

Chiringuito Blue

Set along the white sands of Santa Eulalia bay, Chiringuito Blue is a chilled venue offering an escape from the crowds. If you’re in search of a vibrant dining experience blending fresh food and a drinks menu to match, look no further.

Cotton Beach

If you’re ready to venture out after a day by the pool, Cotton Beach Club is one of the most beautiful spots on the island for late-night dining and sunset cocktails. The all-white restaurant and rooftop ooze sophistication and relaxation, you’d struggle to find a better sundown location.

Kumharas

As the sunsets and temperatures fall a little, Kumharas comes to life. The late-night hot spot fuses international cuisines, live music and calming vibes, making it a spiritual hotspot that’s an experience in itself.

Club Nights

As the busiest month of the year, Ibiza in August sees the island's hottest club nights full to capacity, so we favour open-air clubs or bringing the party to you. Of course, if you’d like to immerse yourself in the jam-packed party calendar, we can make that happen too. Whether it's a boat party, pool party or club tickets, we’ve got access all areas.
