Villa Age, located on a large estate which access to a small bay below, which is ideal for mooring yachts. Lia Beach is a tranquil area close to the traditional town of Ano Mera.
The villa has a contemporary all-white décor with an impressive collection of artwork and grand piano in the living room. The natural rock, features in the formal indoor dining area and modern kitchen with easy access to the outdoor dining area through French doors which open directly onto the front pool terrace. All bedrooms are divided between three floors and benefit from terrace and sea view with direct access to the pool. The master has the added feature of a cave like bathroom.
The pool has been designed with a lagoon style structure, with a 270 Degree water surface and infinity edge. The pool side has elegant sun beds, shaded areas with large comfortable cushions, unique sunken gazebo and outdoor dining.
