Villa Sa Claro consists of a four bedroom main house with a second villa of four additional bedroom suites. There is a lounge, dining area and professional kitchen as well as a gym and spa area. The result is a unique luxury experience complete with full service.
Located on 22.000 square metres of land, among hundreds of fruit trees and with panoramic sea views this brand new property boasts three separate pool areas. The main pool of 12 x 5.5 m is a acclimatise infinity pool. By the pool is a comfortable chill out bed for two to three people, perfect for relaxing. There are two smaller, overflow pools with waterfalls built into the cactus decorated stone walls, ideal for the children. You can contemplate and enjoy the pureness of the Zen pool in the centre of the house, a perfect way to end the day.
There is also an additional 4 bedroom Casita (small house) for overflow guests available to rent, prices start at €7,800 for a week.

The Main House
Inside the house are three large double suites on ground level grouped around a large lounge and dining space. The kitchen is modern and spacious.Enjoy the fantastic views from the master bedroom on the first level. Fully equipped en-suite with spacious Jacuzzi with views of the sea.
Ground floor
On the ground floor below the pool area are a further 4 en-suite bedrooms with spa area, jacuzzi and a living room with small kitchen.
There are several cameras installed in and around the house, which can be easily controlled from the plasma screen tv.
A state of the art infrared alarm system protects the property.
