This magnificent newly built 8 bedroom property is located in the sought after area between San Jose and Cala Jondal surrounded by virgin nature.

With sea views over Formentera island, pine forests and manicured lawns and gardens, Villa Ligero has it all. The infinity swimming pool (20 meters) has gently chlorinated water which is pumped by the property’s own well.

Throughout the villa there is outstanding design, world class art and attention to detail that would appeal to even the most discerning guest.

The outdoor lounge area is perfect for relaxing and dining whilst admiring the breathtaking views. The owner has created a large new terrace in front of the house with shade for the guests.

Property Layout

On entering the property you will notice the soaring staircase, a masterpiece of modern architecture and a concert grade Steinway piano. Floor to ceiling glass doors connect the inside with the outdoors creating a light and spacious atmosphere.

There is an elegantly furnished open plan reception area with spectacular art work throughout the property. The huge sliding doors open out onto a garden, showcasing impeccable lawns and the infinity pool.

On the ground floor you have 3 double bedrooms, all with AC, Apple TV & SKY plus en-suite bathrooms (shower).

On the 1st floor there are a 2 further bedrooms, one guest suite and the Master bedroom. The guest bedroom is the same as the bedrooms on the ground floor with an en-suite shower, the Master bedroom is larger than the other bedrooms and features a bathroom in the en-suite. The Master bedroom has a large terrace.

On the lower ground floor are 3 new suites with bathrooms.

When are you looking to stay?

We stayed at Ligero in August for two weeks. We used it for family: 4 married couples, a grandmother, 4 small children, and a friend. We have stayed in Ibiza at several great villas, but this was the best yet. In particular we liked the configuration of the property, given the close proximity of a superb pool (shaded by a tree), the lawn, sitting and dining areas. Inside, the house is exceptionally spacious. All the rooms are generously proportioned, and with en-suite bathrooms. The villa is located 15 minutes from the airport, but down an easily-accessed dirt track, away from all noise. The view is stunning, over land that falls away from the property, and with a southern aspect to the sea. The Concierge, who now know us, did a great job in making arrangements for us. The staff that came with the house were also exceptional, and made all the difference. While we have enjoyed trying different places, next time it may well have to be Ligero again!
