This magnificent newly built 5-bedroom property is located in the sought after area between Sant Josep and Cala Jondal surrounded by virgin nature.
With sea views over Formentera island, pine forests and manicured lawns and gardens, Villa Ligero has it all. The infinity swimming pool (20 meters) has gently chlorinated water which is pumped by the property’s own well.
Throughout the villa there is outstanding design, world class art and attention to detail that would appeal to even the most discerning guest.
The outdoor lounge area is perfect for relaxing and dining whilst admiring the breathtaking views. The owner has created a large new terrace in front of the house with shade for the guests.

- Booking of massages, spa treatments, personal trainers, yoga instructors, outdoor activities
In resort dedicated telephone concierge and booking assistance from 10am - 6pm daily.
3. Tailor made Concierge on Call - A dedicated service from EUR 1000 + Vat PW
Designed for those families and groups who don't want to worry about anything and expect every last detail to be taken care of.
