Beach Villa is a grand villa on the beach overlooking Cala Jondal, the most exclusive cove on the island, with its variety of glamorous bars and restaurants. An incredible location, the famous Blue Marlin and Tropicana Beach are just in front of the villa. 3 butlers can be provided to serve you 24 hours a day and to help make your stay perfect.

Until now. In July 2008, its owners launched Villa Rica, a beachfront property on Cala Jondal, home to sleek night spots such as the Blue Marlin and a long, lustrous sandy beach. The villa, which comes with its own staff, has four suites, an outdoor bar, low white seating, a swimming pool and eight-person hot tub. The Villa has 4 double bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite, satellite plasma tv, air-conditioning and mini fridges. (Luxury Robes and Brazilian Havaiannas flipflops are provided for guests).

On the roof-terrace there is a bespoke hot-tub where one (or 8) can sip a cocktails under the stars, and listento the waves lapping up against the sands.

On the lower ground floor there is an underwater bar and disco, with subaquatic pool windows... your own private after-hours club.

There are various dining areas including a bbq garden with the palms lit by twinkling fairy lights, a formal dining area for 12 overlooking the pool, and a breakfastarea with views out to the bay.

There is a small gym area and thermal sauna, where a full range of spa treatments are available.
