Baix Forada is a luxury 8 bedroom newly renovated ancient farmhouse and outbuildings set amongst distinct pine covered hills in a very private rural area surrounded by over 10 acres of terraced gardens and lawn growing citrus fruits,
almonds trees, olives, figs, palms, aloe vera and wild flowers.
The villa’s spacious living room is equipped with stereo; DVD and TV for those who wish to take a break from the hot mid summer sun and relax in the air-conditioned space. The dining room sits metres back from the large sun shielded terrace and during summer offers the best chance to combine our delicious cuisine with one of the world’s best sunsets. Set amongst the garden is large swimming pool, a well and an ornamental pond, offering the perfect place to take in the most stunning views of the Mediterranean and Ibiza’s renowned sunsets.
The wonderful terrace is simply the most peaceful place to enjoy a comfortable cocktail and watch the evening sun in the large comfortable outdoor chairs. In the evening there are lights placed around the pool and terrace creating a very
relaxed surreal environment.

The villa is separated into three buildings giving you privacy and space when other guests or family are around.

The newly restored farm house has three double bedrooms all en suite, a fully serviced kitchen and large living area.

The carioles contains 5 twin rooms (2 with shower rooms and WC). The remaining 3 twins share a bathroom with 2 showers and WC.

An ancient Ibizan chapel has been refurbished into a charming living room with couches and desk space to shelter during the hot summer sun.

The terrace is decorated with huge comfortable outdoor sofas, a dining table for 12 people and sun beds where you can relax and enjoy the mid summer sun.
