Can Alexia is a stunning modern luxury 7 bedroom (6 bathroom), newly built villa with coastal sea views, sunsets and set amongst the hills of St Jose in a very private area.

This villa is separated into three buildings giving you
privacy and space when other guests or family are around. The designer has considered the villa for private rental so every element is included such wifi, kids TV room with plasma screen, hifi and modern spacious bathrooms. Set amongst the
garden is a large swimming pool (10m x 5m) offering the perfect place to take in the most stunning views of the Mediterranean and Ibiza’s renowned sunsets.

The villa appears throughout Europe in a number of the leading interior and exterior magazines, such as Elle and Côte Sud. The villa is perfect for families with children or a group of friends who wish to share but also enjoy some privacy. A cleaning service is included with the villa rental, six days per week.

The villa is set over three separate houses. The main house consists of two floors.

On the ground floor is a large living/dining room area with a fully equipped modern kitchen & separate guest WC. This opens onto a large terrace with dining area.
The master bedroom, with dressing room & en-suite has direct access to the terrace.

On the first floor there are 2 double en-suite bedrooms opening out onto a 70m2 terrace.

Down the steps, next to the pool/lawn area, there are two further independent guest houses, each with two double bedrooms, a bathroom and separate living room, as well as a private terrace.
