This hillside Ibizan finca has been newly built in summer 08 and is surrounded by a large terrace, a tropical garden and a stunning infinity pool with sea views in the distance. The villa has a secure private gated entrance, walled parameter and is built on over 50,000 metres of private terrain.

The owner is a local Ibizan from the St Jose area who has finished this property with absolute quality and no expense sparred. Mixing traditional furnishings and finishes such as the old Sabina wooden beams with teak four poster beds from Indonesia offer the style you would expect in a typical rural hotel in Ibiza.

The outdoor terrace which shapes around the front of the villa has plenty of sun cover and an outdoor dining table and chairs for 12 guests. In the magnificent garden the owners have a large Balinese day bed with cushions. Around
the pool are sun loungers for all the guests overlooking the infinity pool and sea in the distance.

Less than 5 minutes from the villa are some great beaches: Cala D’hort, Cala Carbo and Cala Vedella.

Built over one level, the villa is perfect for families with young kids or a group of couples seeking a fully functional villa with great facilities.

The very spacious kitchen and lounge area all connect to the covered terraces, outdoor dining, garden and the pool area via two sets of double doors.

Beside the kitchen is a further indoor dining room with large medieval dining table for 16 guests, another lounge with TV and DVD setting beneath
a traditional Ibizan oven.

Each of the 5 bedrooms is of a similar size with en suite, air conditioning and plenty of storage for clothes.
