The owner over the winter for 2010 has completely renovated the villa with new modern kitchen and an additional 30m2 fourth bedroom with en-suite.
This rural property with sea views in the distance is set on 8000 m2 of land in the area of Cala Vedella. The villa is surrounded by few neighbours has great sunsets and very little noise being one of its assets.
The architectural style is modern with touches or French and Moroccan décor. The villa is very child safe, has baby cots supplied and can have a pool fence erected if required.
It is only 3 minutes drive from the beaches of Cala Carbo & Cala Vedella with the owner’s favourite restaurants. Only 2 minutes from the villa is a supermarket and bar restaurant.
The villa has Wifi internet, UK Sky TV and also a good Ipod connection.
The villa has the latest Italian gas barbeque.

There is an outdoor covered living/dining area and a large kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave & 2 fridge freezer and large indoor dining table. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine & tumble dryer. The living room has setting for 10 and is equipped with TV, DVD, Ipod base & UK Sky TV. This one main covered terraces, a private swimming pool measuring 6 x 3 which is surrounded by lawn. There are ceiling fans throughout the house. This is a very comfortable and tidy.
