Calo den Real - A spacious modern luxury villa with fantastic coastal views
This beautiful villa sleeps 8 -12 guests. It has 1 double bedroom with en-suite and complete bathroom. 2 double bedrooms each one with its own shower room. 1 bedroom for 6 persons (children) with 3 boat beds and large shower room. 3 independent toilets. Living room with fire place, TV satellite, DVD, Hi-fi and access to the terrace and pool. The open kitchen is very well equipped with dish washer, microwaves, dining place and access to the terrace barbecue. Reserve with washing machine and tumble dryer. Set on an exceptional property, it is newly built with great views over the sea the islands of Esparta and Bledas and over the sunset. The villa is fully air conditioned with a private pool of 14 x 4m.
- The house is built around a central patio with terraces and gardens. It is divided into three parts:
- In the main house is a large living and dining room opening onto the pool and central patio, small living room and fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 en-suite master bedrooms with direct terrace access and sea views.
- Across the patio, two independent bungalows each with 2 bedrooms (4 in total 3 bedrooms with single twin beds and one with double) and a complete bathroom. There is also a very small kitchen for both bungalows.
- Upstairs there is a spacious furnished sail covered terrace with fantastic views to the sea.
