A perfect job for a couple managing 2 x private Villas in Ibiza, St Jose area
General Responsibilities:
• Villa Manager responsibilities (Can Jordi (6 bedroom) & Casa Voyager (4 bedroom)
o Villa cleaning daily – Weekly cleaning at the two villas and weekly change over (Sat & Sunday)
Can Jordi – Clients receive 20 hours per week (5 times per week – Tues - Sat)
Casa Voyager – Clients receive 6 hours of cleaning per week ( 2 times)
o Weekly shopping service locally for guests
o Pool cleaning at the two villas and gardening
o Manage concierge service for guests on demand
o Manage linen & Villa layout and styling – 2 - 4 hours per week (Delivery and collection of both villas)
o Manage ad hoc invoices for all extras and accounting via system
o Villa change over Sat & Sunday
o Airport meet and greet for guests at the two villas
o Client Driving on call
